First Reader Summary

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that notwithstanding any other provision of said Constitution, the General Assembly shall be authorized to provide by general or local law for ad valorem tax revenue sharing between one or more municipalities, counties, or any combination thereof so as to assist in stablizing or reducing certain ad valorem tax rates; and for other purposes.
