First Reader Summary

A bill to amend Chapter 20 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state personnel administration, so as to provide that any applicant for state employment who is accepted for employment shall submit to an established test for illegal drugs; to provide that any accepted applicant who refuses to submit to a test or who shows a positive result from such test shall be disqualified from state employment; to define terms.
