A bill to amend Article 1 of Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to juvenile proceedings, so as to provide for the admission of the general public to adjudicatory hearings involving an allegation of a designated felony, an allegation of delinquency of a child who has previously been adjudicated delinquent, and, at the court's discretion, other juvenile court proceedings.
