A bill to amend Chapter 5 of Title 28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to financial affairs of the General Assembly, so as to repeal the "Local Government Impact Fiscal Notes Act"; to provide procedures for the introduction, consideration, and passage of bills imposing unfunded costs on counties, municipalities, or school boards or any combination thereof or bills reducing sources of revenue for counties, municipalities, or school boards or any combination thereof.
