A bill to amend Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to conservation and natural resources, so as to provide a source of funding and procedures for site investigation, engineering, and cleanup in cases where solvents used by dry cleaners may contaminate the environment; to provide for declaration of policy and legislative intent; to define certain terms; to provide for powers and duties of the Board of Natural Resources.
