A bill to amend Part 3 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to carrying and possession of firearms, so as to provide that it shall be unlawful for any person to carry or possess on his or her person any firearm while such person is under the influence of alcohol, certain drugs or controlled substances, or both; to provide for definitions; to provide a penalty.
