A bill to amend Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to selling and other trade practices, so as to create the "Used Car Buyer's Protection Act"; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for definitions; to require dealers to offer a written warranty on all motor vehicles sold to consumers; to provide for the terms of such warranty.
