A bill to amend Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicles and traffic, so as to change the provisions relating to the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; to change the provisions relating to implied consent to chemical tests; to change the provisions relating to adminstration of chemical tests, rights of motorists, reporting of test results, refusal to submit to tests, and suspension or denial of licenses and permits.
