A bill to amend Code Section 20-2-142 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to prescribed courses relating to the development and dissemination of instructional materials on the effect of alcohol, so as to require a course of study in home economics which includes parenting education as prescribed by the Department of Education for all state funded schools with grade nine or above.
