A bill to amend Code Section 43-15-6 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the powers of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, so as to authorize such board to employ a full-time attorney to assist the board in carrying out its functions; to provide for duties for the board's legal assistant; to provide for the qualifications and compensation of such legal assistant.
