A bill to amend Chapter 8 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to probation in criminal sentencing, so as to provide that community service shall be a condition of probation in all cases involving felonies or misdemeanors; to provide that community service may be considered as a condition of probation in other cases.
