A resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that the people of the State of Georgia shall have the power to enact or reject, by the initiative petition process, statutes and amendments to statutes and amendments to the Constitution and to repeal statutes and amendments to statutes; to provide procedures and restrictions connected therewith; to provide exceptions; to provide that the provisions shall be self-executing; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection.
