A resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to authorize the General Assembly to create, by law, a State Commission on Judicial Compensation and to authorize such commission to establish, subject to amendment or rejection by the General Assembly, the compensation of Justices of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Court of Appeals, and judges of the superior courts and to provide that the General Assembly shall not be deprived of the power to enact laws establishing or changing the compensation of Justices of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Court of Appeals, and judges of the superior courts; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection.
