First Reader Summary
A BILL to amend Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of
Georgia Annotated, relating to ad valorem taxation or property,
so as to provide that motor vehicles shall be divided into two
distinct and separate subclasses of tangible property for
purposes of ad valorem taxation with one subclass including
heavy-duty equipment motor vehicles; and for other purposes.
