A BILL to amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the Official Code of
Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions from state sales and
use taxes, so as to provide for an exemption with respect to the
sale or use of machinery or equipment, or both, which is used
directly in the remanufacture of aircraft engines or aircraft
engine parts or components; and for other purposes.
