                        A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 
                               AN ACT 
 
 
  1- 1  To amend Code Section 27-4-130.1 of the Official Code of 
  1- 2  Georgia Annotated, relating to open seasons, creel and 
  1- 3  possession limits, and minimum and maximum size limits for 
  1- 4  certain finfish species and species groups, so as to change 
  1- 5  certain size limits for certain species; to change certain 
  1- 6  possession, creel, and size limits for certain species; to 
  1- 7  provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and 
  1- 8  for other purposes. 
 
  1- 9       BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA: 
 
  1-10                           SECTION 1. 
 
  1-11  Code Section 27-4-130.1 of the Official Code of Georgia 
  1-12  Annotated, relating to open seasons, creel and possession 
  1-13  limits, and minimum and maximum size limits for certain 
  1-14  finfish species and species groups, is amended by striking 
  1-15  subsection (c) of said Code section in its entirety and 
  1-16  inserting in lieu thereof the following: 
 
  1-17    "(c) It shall be unlawful to take the following salt-water 
  1-18    finfish species at any time except during the open seasons 
  1-19    so established for such species or to take or possess the 
  1-20    following salt-water finfish species except in accordance 
  1-21    with the creel and possession limits and minimum sizes so 
  1-22    established for such species:

  2-15  All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
