1- 3 WHEREAS, Mary Grace and Simmie Driggers have fostered more

1-14 prison, and they have often befriended the birth parents of
1-15 their foster children, offering advice when asked, and
1-16 making sure birth parents are trained to care for the
1-17 special needs of frail children; and

1-18 WHEREAS, presently they have 14 children living in their
1-19 home who gather around a kitchen table which is 16 feet long

  1-23 Driggers; and

1-24 WHEREAS, despite the hard work in caring for so many
1-25 children, many with physical or emotional problems, their

  1-27 faith in action; and

1-28 WHEREAS, they are effective advocates for their children,
1-29 willing to question birth parents and caseworkers if they
1-30 feel their children aren't getting what they need, and they

  1-32 foster parents; and

1-33 WHEREAS, they treat each child as an individual and a member
