                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Commending Terry Kader; and for other purposes. 
 
  1- 2  WHEREAS, Terry Kader is the very dedicated Director of 
  1- 3  Maintenance for the Chatham Area Transit Authority where he 
  1- 4  has provided excellent management for the past three years 
  1- 5  in his 13 year career with the system; and 
 
  1- 6  WHEREAS, he was honored recently by the National Institute 
  1- 7  for Automotive Service Excellence and received the 
  1- 8  Technician of the Year Award for 1999 from Delco-Remy/ASE 
  1- 9  Medium/Heavy Truck Electrical Systems, based on his 
  1-10  attaining the highest score in the nation on the 
  1-11  certification exam; and 
 
  1-12  WHEREAS, he is responsible for a fleet of 61 buses, seven 
  1-13  support vehicles, and 35 maintenance employees, and his 
  1-14  knowledge, diligence, and commitment have been a model for 
  1-15  others to follow; and 
 
  1-16  WHEREAS, in addition to his excellent public service, he is 
  1-17  a devoted husband to his lovely wife, Kim, and they are the 
  1-18  proud parents of five fine sons: Peter, Kip, Chad, Ian, and 
  1-19  Derek; and 
 
  1-20  WHEREAS, his outstanding performance as the Director of 
  1-21  Maintenance for the Chatham Area Transit Authority deserves 
  1-22  proper recognition and praise. 
 
  1-23  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF 
  1-24  REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body commend Terry 
  1-25  Kader on his professional performance and recent national 
  1-26  award for excellence and convey to him their appreciation of 
  1-27  his superb public service. 
 
  1-28  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of 
  1-29  Representatives is authorized and directed to transmit an
