  1- 3  BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the 
  1- 4  Rules of the House of Representatives in force at the 
  1- 5  adjournment of the regular 1998 session of the General 
  1- 6  Assembly are hereby adopted as the Rules of the House of 
  1- 7  Representatives for the regular 1999 session and for the
