                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Congratulating Lynda Leigh Freeman and James David 
  1- 2  Lovingood, Jr., on the occasion of their wedding; and for 
  1- 3  other purposes. 
 
  1- 4  WHEREAS, on May 1, 1999, Lynda Leigh Freeman and James David 
  1- 5  Lovingood, Jr., will be joined in holy wedlock; and 
 
  1- 6  WHEREAS, the undying friendship and unflagging respect that 
  1- 7  they have demonstrated to one another has provided a solid 
  1- 8  foundation upon which their holy union can be built; and 
 
  1- 9  WHEREAS, their enduring love and affection for one another 
  1-10  and the unyielding strength of their relationship with each 
  1-11  other has been an unparalleled inspiration to the members of 
  1-12  their family and their friends; and 
 
  1-13  WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that these 
  1-14  loving individuals be appropriately recognized for embarking 
  1-15  upon this lifelong commitment to each other. 
 
  1-16  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF 
  1-17  REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body extend their 
  1-18  warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to Lynda Leigh 
  1-19  Freeman and James David Lovingood, Jr., on the occasion of 
  1-20  their wedding, commend them for their unselfish devotion to 
  1-21  one another, and wish them a lifetime of continued health 
  1-22  and happiness. 
 
  1-23  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of 
  1-24  Representatives is authorized and directed to transmit an 
  1-25  appropriate copy of this resolution to Lynda Leigh Freeman
