                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Calling a joint session of the House of Representatives and 
  1- 2  Senate; providing for other matters relative to the 
  1- 3  inauguration of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor; and 
  1- 4  for other purposes. 
 
  1- 5  BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA that the 
  1- 6  House of Representatives and Senate meet in joint session at 
  1- 7  11:30 A.M., Monday, January 11, 1999, on the Capitol grounds 
  1- 8  for the purpose of inaugurating Honorable Roy E. Barnes as 
  1- 9  Governor and Honorable Mark Taylor as Lieutenant Governor. 
 
  1-10  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a committee of fourteen, seven 
  1-11  from the House to be named by the presiding officer of the 
  1-12  House and seven from the Senate to be named by the presiding 
  1-13  officer of the Senate, be appointed to escort the 
  1-14  Governor-elect and the Lieutenant Governor-elect to the
