                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Expressing congratulations to the family on the birth of 
  1- 2  Dylan James Ward; and for other purposes. 
 
  1- 3  WHEREAS, on November 5, 1998, Dylan James Ward was born into 
  1- 4  the proud family of Carol Coker Ward and William Cleveland 
  1- 5  Ward IV; and 
 
  1- 6  WHEREAS, this newborn child arrived at approximately 2:16 
  1- 7  P.M. on a marvelous Thursday afternoon weighing 7 pounds 7 
  1- 8  ounces and measuring 19 and a quarter inches; and 
 
  1- 9  WHEREAS, this precious baby boy joins two older brothers, 
  1-10  Alexander Robert Ward and Michael Nicholas Ward, who look 
  1-11  forward to years of special connections with their little 
  1-12  brother; and 
 
  1-13  WHEREAS, the maternal grandparents are Merrill Stewart and 
  1-14  William Robert Coker and the paternal grandparents are 
  1-15  Deanna Dean Murray and William Cleveland Ward III; and 
 
  1-16  WHEREAS, few moments in the life of any family surpass the 
  1-17  tremendous joy shared by the parents, family, and friends on 
  1-18  the occasion of the birth of a child; and 
 
  1-19  WHEREAS, in celebration of this momentous event, special 
  1-20  recognition is hereby conveyed to the joyous parents of this 
  1-21  precious newborn child. 
 
  1-22  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF 
  1-23  REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize the 
  1-24  birth of Dylan James Ward and express their sincerest 
  1-25  congratulations and best wishes to the proud parents and 
  1-26  family of this infant boy. 
 
  1-27  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of 
  1-28  Representatives is authorized and directed to transmit an 
  1-29  appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. and Mrs. William
