  1- 3  the House of Representatives; and for other purposes. 
 
  1- 4  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF 
  1- 5  REPRESENTATIVES that Barbara Spear Jenkins, the winner of 
  1- 6  the 1998 Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership, is 
  1- 7  invited to appear before the House of Representatives on 
  1- 8  Thursday, February 11, 1999, at a time designated by the
