A RESOLUTION
1- 1 Commending and congratulating Ms. Eloise R. Dudley; and for
1- 2 other purposes.
1- 3 WHEREAS, Ms. Eloise R. Dudley, Private Bar Involvement
1- 4 Coordinator for the Savannah Regional Office of Georgia
1- 5 Services, has received the prestigious Pro Bono Coordinator
1- 6 of the Year Award; and
1- 7 WHEREAS, the award is presented to a Pro Bono Coordinator
1- 8 who has demonstrated steadfast commitment, given exceptional
1- 9 service, and achieved outstanding results; and
1-10 WHEREAS, she received the award from the President of the
1-11 American Bar Association; and
1-12 WHEREAS, her nomination was accompanied by letters of
1-13 support from Honorable James F. Bass, Jr., Superior Court,
1-14 Eastern Judicial Circuit; Kathleen Horne, Savannah Bar
1-15 Association President; Ellie N. Crosby, Director of the
1-16 Seniors Legal Hotline; Audrey Biloon, Savannah attorney and
1-17 volunteer for the Lawyer Referral Service; Phyllis Holmen,
1-18 Executive Director of Georgia Legal Services; and the Pro
1-19 Bono Coordinators for the Brunswick and Macon offices of
1-20 Georgia Legal Services; and
1-21 WHEREAS, she currently takes excellent care of all Pro Bono
1-22 referrals from the Savannah Regional Office of Georgia Legal
1-23 Services and the Lawyer Referral Service, as well as serving
1-24 capably as the production chief of the quarterly newsletter,
1-25 Pro Bono Publico; and
1-26 WHEREAS, her efficient and compassionate efforts have been
1-27 appreciated by members of the public, the bench, and the
1-28 bar, as well as the staff of the Savannah Regional Office of
1-29 Georgia Legal Services.
1-30 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF
1-31 REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body commend Ms.
1-32 Eloise R. Dudley for her steadfast commitment and her
1-33 outstanding service to law in the public interest, and
1-34 congratulate her on the Pro Bono Coordinator of the Year
1-35 Award.

2- 1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of
2- 2 Representatives is authorized and directed to transmit an
2- 3 appropriate copy of this resolution to Ms. Eloise R. Dudley.
