                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Commending Matthew Lovett; and for other purposes. 
 
  1- 2  WHEREAS, Matthew Lovett of Ben Hill County has served with 
  1- 3  great ability as a District 4-H President; and 
 
  1- 4  WHEREAS, this outstanding accomplishment clearly 
  1- 5  demonstrates the dedication and hard work of this 4-H member 
  1- 6  and the support, encouragement, and opportunities offered by 
  1- 7  the member's family and the men and women who work with 4-H; 
  1- 8  and 
 
  1- 9  WHEREAS, this honor was bestowed by 4-H members in 
  1-10  recognition of the leadership abilities which this dedicated 
  1-11  4-H District President has clearly demonstrated; and 
 
  1-12  WHEREAS, this 4-H member serves as an outstanding 
  1-13  representative of the 4-H Club organization and has earned 
  1-14  the respect of fellow 4-H members. 
 
  1-15  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that Matthew 
  1-16  Lovett is recognized and commended for his service as a 
  1-17  District 4-H President and for the exemplary manner in which 
  1-18  he performed his duties as district president. 
 
  1-19  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is 
  1-20  authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of
