                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Commending Craig Moore; and for other purposes. 
 
  1- 2  WHEREAS, at the 1998 Regional 4-H Project Achievement 
  1- 3  Meeting, Craig Moore of Catoosa County was elected 1998-1999 
  1- 4  Northwest District 4-H President, representing 4-H members 
  1- 5  in 18 northwest Georgia counties; and 
 
  1- 6  WHEREAS, this outstanding accomplishment clearly 
  1- 7  demonstrates the dedication and hard work of this 4-H member 
  1- 8  and the support, encouragement, and opportunities offered by 
  1- 9  the member's family and the men and women who work with 4-H; 
  1-10  and 
 
  1-11  WHEREAS, this honor was bestowed by 4-H members in 
  1-12  recognition of the leadership abilities which this dedicated 
  1-13  4-H District President has clearly demonstrated; and 
 
  1-14  WHEREAS, he serves as an outstanding representative of the 
  1-15  4-H Club organization and has earned the respect of fellow 
  1-16  4-H members. 
 
  1-17   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that Craig 
  1-18  Moore is recognized and commended for his election as 
  1-19  1998-1999 Northwest District 4-H President and for the 
  1-20  exemplary manner in which he is performing his duties as 
  1-21  president. 
 
  1-22  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is 
  1-23  authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of
