A BILL to amend Chapter 19 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to divorce, so as to provide that when a court awards real property or an interest in real property located in this state in any judgment or decree issued pursuant to said chapter, within 30 days after granting the order, the court shall cause a certificate for the order to be filed with the clerk of the superior court in the county of this state where the real property or any part of the real property is located; and for other purposes.
