A BILL to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to certain programs under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to define a certain term; to provide that no high school which receives funds under said Act shall participate in or sponsor interscholastic sports events which are conducted under the authority of any athletic association unless the charter, bylaws, or other governing documents of such athletic association comply with certain requirements; and for other purposes.
