A bill to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 82 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, known as the "Revenue Bond Law," so as to provide for registration of certain bonds upon the purchaser's request; to provide that such bonds shall be inscribed with the purchaser's name and mailed to the purchaser; to provide for an effective date; torepeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
