A bill to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions of the "Ethics in Government Act," so as to provide for a mandatory training session on ethics laws for members and members-elect of the General Assembly, to be conducted by the State Ethics Commission and the chairpersons of the House and Senate Ethics Committees; to provide for the contents, timing, and location of such training sessions; to provide for the publication of the names of members and members-elect of the General Assembly who fail to attend such training sessions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
