A BILL to amend Chapter 36 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to annexation of territory, so as to provide for comprehensive regulation of maps, surveys, and reports with respect to annexed areas; to provide for procedures; to change certain provisions regarding prohibitions with respect to the creation of unincorporated islands; to change certain provisions regarding notice of proposed annexations; and for other purposes.
