A BILL to amend Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicles and traffic, so as to provide that failure to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk shall not be treated as a traffic violation pursuant to Code Section 40-13-60 but rather as a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature; and for other purposes.
