A BILL to amend Part 2 of Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Tax Deferral for the Elderly Act," so as to provide for an additional tax deferral in every county in this state having a population of 400,000 or more according to the United States decennial census of 1990 or any future such census; and for other purposes.
