AN ACT
To amend Article 1 of Chapter 16 of Title 50 of the Official

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

providing, to the greatest extent practicable, for the retention of trees
located on the site, for the replacement of trees lost with trees indigenous to
the region, and for the planting of new indigenous
trees."
SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
repealed.
