A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT

To provide that county law library fees shall be charged and collected in actions and cases in the Magistrate Court of Cherokee County; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.
Pursuant to the authority of Code Section 15-10-86 and Chapter 15 of Title 36 of the O.C.G.A., law library fees shall be charged and collected in each action or case in the Magistrate Court of Cherokee County. The amount of such fees shall be fixed by the chief judge of the Superior Court of Cherokee County as provided for in Code Section 36-15-9 of the O.C.G.A. Such fees shall be in addition to all other legal costs.

SECTION 2.
This Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its becoming law without such approval.

SECTION 3.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
