Recognizing and commending Jaquetta Murphy; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Jaquetta Murphy is a distinguished citizen of Wayne County; and

WHEREAS, she cultivated a love for gardening that has spanned many years and provided beautification for the citizens of Screven as well as a lifetime of pleasure for her; and

WHEREAS, this wonderful lady has created beautiful landscaping, including flowers, shrubbery, and trees all over the City of Screven, and she has been dedicated to maintaining the splendor of her many gardens; and

WHEREAS, in addition to her excellent community service, she is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Screven; a loving wife to her husband, Cleve; a devoted mother to her four children; and a treasured friend; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Murphy has improved the quality of life in this community by her talent, industry, knowledge, experience, dedication, and creativity.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that this body recognizes and commends Jaquetta Murphy for her superb community service and conveys appreciation and best wishes for her many meaningful endeavors.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Jaquetta Murphy.
