A BILL TO BE
ENTITLED
AN ACT
To repeal an Act entitled "An Act to provide for the
nonpartisan nomination and election of the Judge of the Probate Court of DeKalb
County," approved April 12, 1982 (Ga. L. 1982, p. 4131), so as to repeal all
provisions relating to the nonpartisan qualification and election of such
officer and all provisions related thereto; to repeal conflicting laws; and for
other purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
GEORGIA:
SECTION 1.
An Act entitled "An Act to provide for the nonpartisan
nomination and election of the Judge of the Probate Court of DeKalb County,"
approved April 12, 1982 (Ga. L. 1982, p. 4131), is
repealed.
SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
repealed.
