A BILL to amend Code Section 40-5-22 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to persons not to be issued motor vehicle drivers' licenses, minimum ages for licenses, and school attendance requirements, so as to require a course of driver education for certain applicants for drivers' licenses in every county in this state having a population of 220,000 or more according to the United States decennial census of 1990 or any future such census.
