A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 15-1-9.2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to senior judge status, requests for assistance of a senior judge, and compensation, so as to provide that certain service as chairperson of the State Board of Workers´ Compensation shall be included in the service required for appointment as senior judge; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
