First Reader Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the state employees´ health insurance plan, so as to authorize the Board of Community Health to contract with any agricultural commodity commission created pursuant to Chapter 8 of Title 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to provide for the inclusion in such plan of any such commission´s employees and retiring employees and their spouses and dependents; to provide for terms and conditions of such coverage and inclusion; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
