A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to physicians, so as to provide that agents or personnel of the office of Secretary of State will conduct investigations on behalf of the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners and provide for procedures, complaints, and funding relating thereto; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
