A BILL TO BE
ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To amend an Act creating the office of County Administrator
of Dougherty County, approved March 11, 1975 (Ga. L. 1975, p. 2651), as amended,
so as to change the provisions regarding the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners
of Dougherty County; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
GEORGIA:
SECTION 1.
An Act creating the office of County Administrator of
Dougherty County, approved March 11, 1975 (Ga. L. 1975, p. 2651), as amended, is
amended by striking Section 8 thereof and inserting in its place the
following:
"SECTION
8.
The County Administrator, or the designee thereof, shall be
Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Doughterty
County."
SECTION 2.
All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
repealed.
