A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Public Service Commission, so as to authorize the commission to establish administrative fees for certain applications and proceedings; to provide that such fees shall be in an amount reasonably necessary to cover the costs of the commission; to provide for the disposition of such fees; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
