BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act to revise and reenact the law creating a Board of Commissioners of
Bacon County, approved April 4, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 4436), as amended, so as
to provide for commissioner districts; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act to revise and reenact the law creating a Board of Commissioners of Bacon
County, approved April 4, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 4436), as amended, is amended by
inserting at the end of Section 1 the following:
"(c)
The provisions of this section in effect on the effective date of this Act shall
continue in effect on and after the effective date of this
Act."
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
