RESOLUTION
Commending
Ms. Lanita Frost, Lanier County Elementary School's Teacher of the Year; and for
other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Ms. Lanita Frost, a kindergarten teacher at Lanier County Elementary School, is
widely recognized in her community and beyond as the personification of
excellence in education; and
WHEREAS,
she faithfully serves her school with honor and distinction, dedicated to
helping each and every one of her pupils reach their full potential;
and
WHEREAS,
Ms. Frost's outstanding performance in the classroom is rooted in her belief
that the role of a teacher is to act as an instrument of inspiration and
enthusiasm to students; and
WHEREAS,
in recognition of her unwavering dedication to academic achievement, Ms. Frost
has been selected as the 2005 Lanier County Elementary School's Teacher of the
Year; and
WHEREAS,
considering the fact that nothing is more essential to Georgia's future than the
education of our children, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this body
appropriately recognize the outstanding contributions of this extraordinary
educator.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body join in commending Ms. Lanita Frost on being selected as Lanier County
Elementary School's Teacher of the Year and thank her for her many invaluable
contributions to education in Georgia.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Ms. Lanita
Frost.
