A
RESOLUTION
Expressing
regret at the passing of Joseph Emory "Joe" Rylee; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
on January 29, 2006, the Rylee family lost its beloved "Papa" and "Papa Joe"
with the passing of Joseph Emory "Joe" Rylee; and
WHEREAS,
Joe Rylee was the son of the late Joseph Samuel Rylee and Susie Griffin Rylee;
and
WHEREAS,
he was born in Banks County and lived most of his life in Hall County;
and
WHEREAS,
he is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, his children, grandchildren, and
a great-grandson; and
WHEREAS,
he served his community as a member of the Hall County Parks Recreation Board
for many years and retired from the State of Georgia Department of Agriculture
Fuel Inspection Division; and
WHEREAS,
the passing of this generous, kind, and devoted family man leaves a void in the
hearts and lives of his family and friends.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body express their deepest and most sincere regret at the passing of Joseph
Emory "Joe" Rylee.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to the family of
Joseph Emory "Joe" Rylee.
