RESOLUTION
Commending
Mr. David Richardson on being selected as the John McEachern High School STAR
teacher; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Mr. David Richardson, a teacher at John McEachern High School, is widely
recognized in his community and beyond as the personification of excellence in
education; and
WHEREAS,
he faithfully serves his school with honor and distinction, dedicated to helping
each and every one of his pupils reach their full potential; and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Richardson's outstanding performance in the classroom is rooted in his
belief that the role of a teacher is to act as an instrument of inspiration and
enthusiasm to students; and
WHEREAS,
Mr. Richardson's unwavering commitment to academic achievement has earned him
the respect and admiration of students, colleagues, and parents, and he has been
selected by his school's STAR student to be John McEachern High School's STAR
teacher; and
WHEREAS,
considering the fact that nothing is more essential to Georgia's future than the
education of our children, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this body
appropriately recognize the outstanding contributions of this extraordinary
instructor.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body join in commending Mr. David Richardson on being selected as John
McEachern High School's STAR teacher and thank him for his many invaluable
contributions to education in Georgia.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. David
Richardson.
