RESOLUTION
Congratulating
Cagle's, Inc., on the grand occasion of its 60th Anniversary; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
Cagle's, Inc., is celebrating its 60th Anniversary on March 18, 2005;
and
WHEREAS,
over the decades, this excellent supplier of poultry products has experienced
tremendous success through its commitment to customer satisfaction;
and
WHEREAS,
to achieve this mission, the company has remained true to its traditions of
delivering a high quality product that meets the needs of individual consumers
at a competitive price while leading the industry with innovations in growing
techniques, processing technologies, market performance, and the efficient and
safe production and distribution of its products; and
WHEREAS,
Cagle's is a pioneer in the "freezer to fryer" breaded and battered frozen
chicken for the deli and restaurant industry; and
WHEREAS,
built in 1978, Cagle's Atlanta facility has 40 employees and a volume capacity
of one million pounds per week and delivers a wide range of fresh and frozen
poultry products.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body join to congratulate Cagle's, Inc., for 60 years of delivering high
quality poultry products to satisfied customers across this great state and
nation and throughout the world.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Cagle's, Inc.
