RESOLUTION
Recognizing
the birth of Theresa Kathleen Mock; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
the months of anticipation and excitement shared by expectant parents are always
a cherished memory; and
WHEREAS,
for Amy Anne Coleman Mock and Stephen Gregory Mock, those months ended on June
7, 2004, when they became the proud parents of Theresa Kathleen Mock;
and
WHEREAS,
this auspicious event occurred at 12:45 P.M. at Northside Hospital in Atlanta as
young Miss Mock made her first appearance weighing a healthy five pounds and
eleven ounces and measuring 19 inches in length; and
WHEREAS,
Theresa is the first granddaughter and the second grandchild of the
distinguished gentleman from the 97th District, Honorable Brooks P. Coleman,
Jr.; and
WHEREAS,
Representative Coleman and his spouse, Mary Claire Coleman, and the parents of
Theresa's father, Ronald Louis Mock and Vicki Lorene Mock, are all reveling in
their continued status as "grandparents"; and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that the birth of one of the newest of this
statés
citizens be recognized in an appropriate manner.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body recognize the very happy occasion of the birth of Theresa Kathleen
Mock and extend to her their most sincere best wishes for a long and healthy
life and great happiness and success.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. and Mrs.
Stephen Mock.
