RESOLUTION
Commending
and congratulating Darren Ingram on his fifth place finish at the wrestling
Class AAA State Championship; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Darren Ingram of Spencer High School has proven himself to be one of Georgia's
most outstanding wrestlers with his impressive showing at the Class AAA State
Championship, where he finished in fifth place in the 140 pound category;
and
WHEREAS,
this applaudable performance is the culmination of months of hard work,
perseverance, and tireless pursuit of the highest standards of excellence,
bolstered by the invaluable support of his coaches and teammates; and
WHEREAS,
friends and competitors alike marvel at this remarkable young man's
determination, resilience, and extraordinary athletic prowess; and
WHEREAS,
thanks to his tremendous talent and dedication to his sport, Darren Ingram has
brought great honor to his family, school, and community.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body join in
commending Darren Ingram on his exceptional athletic accomplishments and
congratulate him on finishing in fifth place at the wrestling Class AAA State
Championship.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Darren Ingram.
